Christa is a classically-trained chef who specializes in elevated comfort food. Chef Christa champions equity in the culinary space with 100% local vendors and partners.

Christa was previously the Executive Sous Chef at the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens. Throughout her career, Chef Christa has worked with other notable chefs including Daniel Boulud and David Burke. Christa has received numerous honors, including Next 1000 (Forbes), Woman of Courage (Serena Williams & Bumble), a COVID-19 Hero (then Brooklyn Borough President, Eric Adams), and "50 Most Fascinating People" (Brooklyn Magazine).

A chef instructor at Monroe College and pastry chef for the New York Marriott Marquis Hotel, Chef Ebow has earned a host of praise for his chocolate artistry — named as one of the Top 10 Pastry Chefs in America by Dessert Professional magazine in 2015; awarded the honor of Most Influential Pastry Chef by the Black Culinary Alliance in 2012; named pastry chef of the year by Paris Gourmet in 2007; and more.

He currently owns Team Dadzie Patisserie in Bloomfiled, NJ.

Quentin Powell has over 20 years of work experience in the food service industry.

He assists the Team with financial management, vendr relationship, and events with 100 + guests.

Betty is our resident event planner and event manager —she’s a Brooklyn native with over 10 years in event operations as it pertains to private events and weddings!
