Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
- 6 medium Yukon Gold Potatoes 
- 2 cups Half and Half 
- ½ stick of Butter 
- Salt 
- Garlic 
- Salt 
- White Pepper 
- Thyme 
- Chives (for platting!)

Yields 3-4 Servings | Cook Time: 90 minutes
- Turn on oven to 425 degrees 
- Prick potatoes with fork and place in baking pan with foil covering them 
- Bake for one hour 
- While the potatoes are baking, pour half-and-half in a saucepan with an abundance of butter, thyme, and smashed garlic 
- After one hour remove potatoes and smash them in a bowl; I use a potato riser, but use any method you prefer 
- Pour half-and-half mixture over the smashed potatoes and add salt and white pepper to your taste 
- Mix, mix, mix! 
- Plate with chives and ENJOY!
